Jeff's passion is metric driven sales & marketing automation for long term growth. In 2015, Jeff co-founded the B2B agriculture eCommerce platform Agron.io and later sold to Grow Generation Corp (NASDAQ:GRWG) in 2021. Before co-founding Agron.io, Jeff has grown and launched products for FinishLine.com, Intuit, Sports Authority, & Dex Media (Dex One). Currently, Jeff is focused on creating intellectual property and software innovations for climate modeling, satellite data automation, insurance optimization, and physical commodity trading.
Jefferson has worked across the US and EU as a full-stack developer. Under the Smart Grant Award, he was the lead developer and developed the TAXMAP platform successfully. He has 15 years of experience with web development, starting out on the front end while working his way to working on the full stack. Working in many startups has also enabled him to be involved in many of the development processes beyond writing frontend and backend code such as setting up and maintaining servers, CI/CD, and task management software.
Elusio graduated from the Inns of Court, now City Law School. Elusio has worked as a lawyer in the UK working in property and tax law creating global SPVs and advised on transfer pricing for multinational corporations, global banks, and hedge funds. Elusio has 15 years of experience in global tax and technology systems. His focus is on indirect and excise taxes and started TAXMAP in 2010 to help the EU integrate a tax database. In 2012 he started working with blockchain technology and shaped it for the internet of value. Elusio has helped State Treasuries around the world understand digital assets and blockchain taxation. Elusio helped draft the Global Digital Finance’s (founded by the same team as Innovate Finance) Tax Paper which was recently used to advise HMRC in their Digital Assets Manual which regulates the tax on digital assets. Elusio helped code automatic tax transfers on the Interledger (an interoperable) protocol and he has invented a new system for Digital Tax Stamps and Distributed Tax Ledgers to allow digital payments to transact across global tax jurisdictions and was awarded a Smart Grant Award. Elusio has invented cloud computing insurance (patent pending), optimized storage and processing of unstandardized geographic-specific nonlinear network data (patent pending), mitigating time synchronization latency in computer networks (patent granted), and dynamic meta-tagging protocol (patent granted) for AI and machine learning models to authenticate data.
